National people's action
National People's Action (NPA) is a Network of community power organizations from across the country that work to advance a national economic and racial justice agenda. NPA has over 200 organizers working to unite everyday people in cities, towns, and rural communities throughout the United States. More here.
Pushback Network
The Pushback Network is a national collaboration of indigenous, grassroots organizations and networks committed to building bottom-up, state-based alliances that change both the composition and levels of participation of the electorate. We emphasize strategies to empower underrepresented constituencies: people of color, poor and working class communities, and young people. More here.
Right to the city alliance
Right to the City (RTTC) emerged in 2007 as a unified response to gentrification and a call to halt the displacement of low-income people, LGBTQ, and youths of color from their historic urban neighborhoods. It is a national alliance of racial, economic and environmental justice organizations. More here.
Grassroots Global Justice
Grassroots Global Justice is an alliance of U.S.-based grassroots groups who are organizing to build an agenda for power for working and poor people. We understand that there are important connections between the local issues we work on and the global context, and we see ourselves as part of an international movement for global justice. More here.
Center for Community Change
Center for Community Change works to establish and develop community organizations across the country, bring attention to major national issues related to poverty, and help make sure that government programs are responsive to community needs. In addition, the Center has catalyzed grassroots coalitions that were instrumental in the creation of the federal Food Stamps Program, the enactment of the Community Reinvestment Act, the growth of Community Development Corporations, and the large-scale preservation of affordable housing.
